It's our 10th year of Peaksfesting and it's going to be another great island celebration with many of our favorite events, like the kickoff Schmoozefest community cocktail party, Bingo, the pie eating and dessert making contests, concerts, dances, jam sessions, huge community yard sale, puppet show, House Island & Fort Scammel tours, Dock Day expo, bake sale, art walk, nature walk, raffles, kayak safety seminars, police and fire department open houses, face painting for kids, Common Hound Fair dog show, PeaksFest Costume Parade, movies, and plenty o’food!
…Plus even more!
There’s a little bit of PeaksFest in all of us just waiting to bust out, so have fun PeaksFesting!!
Oh, and the Island Taxi will be offering FREE rides all PeaksFest weekend. So even if you are too tired to Tweet about the parade, pies and pooches, you can call the taxi for a ride to your next PeaksFest venue.
